Your Care Matters is a specialist residential care home in Rochdale, offering high quality, personalised support in a calm and homely environment. With accommodation for a maximum of 3 residents, we provide compassionate, faith based and inclusive care tailored to each individual. We support adults of all ages, including those living with dementia, physical disabilities, sensory impairments and complex needs.

This means we never lose sight of what matters most: you. What We Offer
We provide 24‑hour residential care (without nursing) for adults aged 18–65 and older adults aged 65+, including those living with dementia, physical disabilities, sensory impairments, and complex care needs.
Our team is carefully selected, fully trained, and deeply committed. We deliver consistent, reliable support alongside:
